IELTS Preparation

The IELTS is a certification exam, I have taken it already however it has an expiration date so I need to retake it in order to apply for my Master's
In order to prepare I searched for some exercises online that will help me study for the written part of the assessment.

For this I used the IELTS-UP website

The exercises consisted on writing a report describing the information shown on different graphs with a minimum of 150 words.  With this tasks you improve your understanding and synthesising skills. They help students practice their written skills by giving a minimum amount of words.
They also give you the parameters needed to write a good paragraph and they show you an example essay so you are able to understand what is expected from you.

I also worked on my vocabulary, they offer different exercises that gives you academic words that you are able to work into your essay.

Overall this page helped me improve my writing skills, I learned new vocabulary that will further enhance my school assignments as well as my exams.
